Alan Tan To Have Dinner With The Prime Minis­ter Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Online Friends

I was selected to have a Dinner with the Prime Minis­ter Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Online Friends at Seri Perdana, Putrajaya, PM official residence, on 5 November 2010 which is also a Deepavali Holiday.

The dinner was scheduled to start 8pm and was organised for second time so far. The last one was on last March.

The main purpose of this dinner is to get to know his online friends and have a dialogue with all of them in this special event.

Every guest is allow to ask one question.

Najib said he had thoroughly enjoyed the last event and hoped that there would be the same open and sincere dialogue during the coming dinner.

You need to apply in order to be selected for this dinner. I didn’t got accepted for the first event but got it now.

The selection is done on random among all the Malaysians registrants.

When I read the paper today, it’s reported Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, has been advised to rest at home and avoid all public and official functions following medication as a result of early signs of chicken pox.

He feel unwell and subsequently developed rashes, muscle aches and joint pains on the last day of the Asean summit and related summits in Hanoi

I think this special event will be postpone.

Anyway, let wait for the official announcement and I wish him to get well soon.

    KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has been discharged from Kuala Lumpur Hospital where he was admitted on Thursday for treatment of superficial ulcers and mild gastritis. “He responded well to treatment and is now on a normal diet,” Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Ismail Merican said in a statement.

    Najib, who had contracted chicken pox, was admitted to the hospital after he complained of abdominal discomfort, which was found to be due to superficial ulcers and mild gastritis.

    Dr Mohd Ismail said the chicken pox lesions were healing well and doctors had advised the prime minister to rest at home. Najib is scheduled to attend a follow-up examination in a few days, he said.

    He said that the prime minister thanked all the medical staff of the hospital and his personal physicians for their unwavering dedication in looking after his health.
