Bank Negara Malaysia’s New Vehicle Financing Guideline

The Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM)’s new responsible financing guideline, which was introduced in November last year, has caused a sharp drop in industry sales.

According to PROTON EDAR Dealers Association Malaysia, their sales was badly effected as the car applicants  get a high rejection rate with only 30 per cent of applicants manage to secure a car loans in the first two months of the year.

WWW Number Plates Open For Booking

The Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory Road Transport Department (RTD) have open the bookings for “WWW” vehicle registration numbers until May 14 from 8am to noon. You may start sending your bids.

WWW is the acronym for the World Wide Web and a Federal Territory number. It’s a once it a lifetime opportunity to register  this special vehicle registration numbers.

Land Banking Scam in Malaysia- Edgeworth Properties

It’s sad that investors who invested over RM100,000 on Canadian land banking through its local chapter Edgeworth Properties (Malaysia) after it went into liquidation.

I have caution all investors in 2008 by giving tips before investing in Land Banking.
