The list contain companies that involved in Forex trading, Unlicensed activities and Gold investment.
This list of alert was announce to alert the members of the public a list of companies and websites which are neither authorised nor approved under the relevant laws and regulations administered by BNM.
Some of the obvious name are Azea Property Sdn Bhd, FX Primus, Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Public Gold Sdn Bhd etc.

This is an official message from the management of Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd which was release at their website today.
The management of Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd, claimed that their business model is not a “Ponzi” scheme.
It’s confirmed that Bank Negara Malaysia not only seized all the documents and records of Genneva Malaysia BUT also seized all the stock of Gold and cash as well.
According to the Genneva Malaysia supporters group, more than 300,000 gold buyers have been affected by the Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd suspension.
