Received Google PIN after One Month
I received Google AdSense Personal Identification Number (PIN) via ordinary mail today. The mail was send on 8 October and received today on 8 November 2008! One Month time period from US to Malaysia!
Now do YOU know why standard mail is called Snail Mail.
What is a Google PIN?
In order to become eligible to receive payments for your AdSense account, all web site owner are required to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). PINs are printed on white 4.5 x 6 inch (11.4 x 15.2 cm) postcards and sent via standard mail.
Why Google send me the PIN?
PINs are necessary to verify the accuracy of my contact information and to help ensure that i can receive my payments.
When should I expect to receive a PIN?
Google will print and send the PIN via standard mail several days after my account balance reaches US $10 for the first time. PINs typically arrive within 2-4 weeks, but may take longer depending on your location.
I expecting my first Google pay check arrived on middle of December 2008. That will be my Year End Bonus! (Another Passive Income!)

Once Google send the PIN out, You will received the following e-mail:

We’ve recently sent you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) via standard mail. You should expect to receive it within about 2-4 weeks. Once you receive your PIN, you will need to enter it into your account in order to become eligible to receive AdSense payments. To enter your PIN, simply follow the instructions included with your PIN mailer.
If you do not receive your PIN after three weeks, you may request a replacement by following the instructions at google.com/adsensenewpin .
Please note that publishers have 6 months from the original issue date to enter their PIN. If you have not entered your PIN within 4 months, we will start displaying Public Service Ads (PSAs) on your web pages. If you have not entered your PIN within 6 months, your account will be disabled and any unpaid earnings will be refunded to the appropriate advertisers. hi..good day..i started my blog just this august 9..
i have one question, the google didn’t send me the e-mail about google adsense pin like the first image you shared here. but when my balance reached the account of 20$ in the month of september, there is a required action like enter your pin and please submit your tax information in my adsense payment history.. so i request for an issue of that pin. and the pin didn’t send to me. and then again, i requested for the second time, but this time i changed the address to make sure google will reach me, but again, there is no email about google pin, they only mailed Payment Address Updated which says that i updated my address in Oct.14, right now i haven’t had my pin yet and it says that it only until nov.6 and after that i can request for my next issue.. my question is is it okei if i had not received any e-mail from google like yours? by the way,my balance is around 80$ right now.
